Six Objections to the Trinity – 6 of 6

Posted in Jesus Christ by Mike Gantt on September 6, 2011

6 of 6:  The trinity concept is an impractical way to relate to a God who wants us to trust, love, and obey Him.  It’s confusing to pray wondering whether you’re supposed to be praying to the “first or second  person of the Trinity” – or is it all three?  Does any of this confusion foster intimacy with God?  Jesus suffered and died on the cross that we might know God personally and intimately.  The trinity concept works against that purpose.

The choice is simple: you can either love, trust, and pray to Christ, or you can try to do those things with a trinity of beings who are said to simultaneously be one being.

It’s much simpler, and more biblical, to live for our Lord Jesus Christ.

The purpose of this blog is to proclaim Jesus Christ to those who want to hear about Him without having to join a church – or anything else – but Him.
